  So 5 days before Christmas I went into the Manteca branch to deposit some cash into my account.. I was concerned about one of my 100$ bills that ended up in my hands so I took it to chase because I Bank with them I ask maribel if it was counterfeit because it was an older bill and it look kind of funny but it had the franklin hidden face the hidden strip and it also passed the marker mark she did but she said it didn't glow when she put it in the black light so it was fake but she will send it to secret services and if it's real they will credit my account.. I asked how long this takes she said up to 2 weeks, it's been three weeks and no word or letter from them so I call the branch maribel is busy so she forward my call to customers service they get on the line they look up my account she telling me she she's my deposit of the rest of my money I deposited that day but there's no note in the system regarding my 100$ bill I was concerned about she advised me to go into the branch so I did.. who helps me maribel helps she remembers me she gets on the phone and than she said she's gonna give me number to call and I gotta basically figure it out on my own she told me call the numbers and just give them my name no confirmation number none just my name.. so the number she gives me are 3 NEW YORK NUMBERS I call the numbers and 1 Guy laughed at and was like why would a California chase bank send a bill to new York secret service when you have secret service in California.. long story short there's no information regarding the bill in the chase system I think maribel pocket my money! how's a 100$ bill gonna have all the future in it but still be fake and than no notes in chase system to track it down than give me 3 new York secret services numbers tell me call them and basically figure it out on my own.. I guess she needed the money more than me.. THE MANTECA CENTER ST BRANCH SUCKS LOOKING INTO TRANSFERING MY AUTO LOAN TO GOLDEN 1 DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO NO 1 EVEN THE lady in customer service knew they messed up.. just gonna have to call it a loss.. thanks chase What a early xmas gifts right..
