  I give 5 stars to this department for sevice and dedication to their customers to a level above and beyond. This rating is based on my personal experience especially at a time when my family and I were suffering in great financial crisis. The city, represented by the fine people they employ, not only showed honest concern for our situation, but did all they could muster or imagine to help us get through these rough times. The patience, caring and willingness to help, is in my opinion, nothing short of spectacular and an example of the true spirit that founded this beautiful little city. I give great thanks and appreciation to all the fine people that keep us safe and going day by day throughout the years. They truly are the unsung heros that play unoticed in the background of the many lives they are in service too. They are, quite simply, the very heart and soul of Manteca and its people.
